Getting Started - My Company
1. Introduction
Welcome to 1C:Gestión Integral! In this article, we will explain how to configure the system and fill in the My Company record. We will review in detail how to fill in the record for an autónomo. Information for an S.L. is usually filled in by an accountant and should not cause any difficulties.
2. My Company Record
If the application does not prompt you to fill in the record after logging in, go to
"Reference Information" → "My Companies" and click "Create".
Required fields are marked with a red line.
Enter the following information:
- Last and first name — exactly as specified in the registration documents.
- Identification number (NIE or NIF/DNI).
- Social Security number — 12 digits, without hyphens or spaces.
The number is specified in the resolution assigning it. The resolution can be obtained on the
Seguridad Social website. - Autónomo activity start date. If you do not remember it, find it in field 512 of registration form 036.
3. Selecting the Tax Regime
The "Tax Regime" field is set to Régimen General by default. Check that the same regime is specified in form 036 after field 510.
Important! Do not change the tax regime even if the field is editable. If you use another tax regime, contact technical support to make sure that the system is suitable for your accounting.
4. Activity Type According to IAE and CNAE Classification
Specify the code of the main activity type according to the IAE classification. This code is located in field 402 of form 036.
Then specify the code of the main activity type according to the CNAE 2025 classification.
Important! Do not invent the code yourself — use only the one specified in the registration documents of your autónomo.
You can find the code in several ways:
- Check your Seguridad Social personal account.
- If you have a DUE registration document, the code can be found in the Clasificación Nacional de Actividades Económicas section.
5. Contact Information
Fill in the contact information:
- Spanish phone number.
- Email.
- Registration address in Spain.
This information is automatically inserted into invoices when issuing them. The address can be found in form 036 or DUE in the "Domicilio fiscal en España" section.
6. Additional Settings
- Uniform VAT (IVA) rate — do not fill in this field unless you use a special regime. In particular, it is not required for digital nomads.
- Increased VAT rate — applies only to retail trade. Do not enable it if there is no information about "Régimen especial recargo de equivalencia" in form 036 (fields 514, 515, and 516).
- Personal income tax withholding in sales — this field is filled in automatically.
Click "Save" to save the data.
7. Registering a Bank Account
After saving the company record, you must add a bank account.
- Click "Create" in the Main Bank Account field on the form.
- After opening the account record, enter the account number in IBAN format exactly as specified in the bank documents.
- The number must match the one specified during the autónomo registration.
- Click "Save and Close".
8. Completion
Congratulations!
The company record has been successfully completed! You can now register income, expenses, and manage the accounting of your company or autónomo in 1C:Gestión Integral.
