Introduction

Let’s get familiar with 1C:Gestión Integral. First, let’s register a database.

Registration

Start by [registering your own database in the cloud service].

Choose the "Autónomo" plan if you are a self-employed individual. For companies, we recommend the "Corporate" plan, in which we publish all features without limitations. You can find a comparison of corporate plans at this link.

  • Fill in the registration form. We do not require any unnecessary information from you: only an email address, which will be used as the name of your database and as the contact email address, as well as a password of your choice. The password can be any password, however we recommend making it secure: at least 6 characters long. Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character in the password.
  • After submitting the form, you will receive a message at the email address you provided. This message contains a link which, when clicked, will start the process of creating your personal database. Wait until the process is completed.
  • Once the process has been completed successfully, you will receive an email with a link to log in to the application.

Switching Between Languages

The language is selected automatically according to your browser language settings. If you need to change the language without changing the browser language, you can do this by specifying one of the available languages es, ru, en at the end of the URL as follows:

For corporate subscription plans, it may be necessary to enable the language in the settings before the interface can switch to other languages. To do this, go to the "Ajustes" section, select "Ajustes", open the "General" tab, and enable one or both additional languages:

After that, you need to log out and log back in.
